Informatix’ FIDM practice also offers exemplary customer service to constituents by maintaining several hotline numbers for both our client states and financial institutions. Technical and customer service support is available from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST. All calls are logged through an internal application built by Informatix. This communication is made available to all client states, allowing them to monitor all incoming and outgoing calls to Informatix’ FIDM Operations Center in Lansing, Michigan.
