The Old Way: Vertical Silos
Most remittance processing software uses vertical silos to present a batch of work to an individual staff member. As a result, any anomalies, like correspondence, slow down payment processing.
The RAPID™ Way: Simultaneous Processing
RAPID™ features a parallel workflow that allows special tasks, like correspondence, to occur simultaneously with payment processing. RAPID™ accomplishes this through a true, envelope-based workflow system. RAPID™ processes all work at the envelope level, including reconciliation and deposit preparation. The RAPID™ Workflow Manager keeps track of each envelope – from the moment the image is received via the scanning interface until it is transferred to the target system.
RAPID™'s Workflow Manager creates an audit trail, capturing and storing detailed information including User ID, date/time stamp, and action. The audit trail remains intact even after export to the Image Archive and throughout the life of the image.
RAPID™'s Features
EFT Payments
RAPID™ supports processing EFTs though our Foreign Systems Interface. RAPID™ brings EFT into the normal processing stream - so you can apply the same business rules you use for paper payments. Consolidated reports provide a real-time picture of work received, pending, and completed.
Image Archive
The RAPID™ Image Archive stores images for fast and reliable web-based retrieval. Informatix customizes Image Archive according to your needs. The Image Archive includes a full audit trail that shows the "who," "what," and "when" for every action related to an image from its capture until it is purged.
Web Payments
The RAPID™ Web Payment application allows your customers to make payments via the web from their bank accounts. The RAPID™ Web Payment application is configurable to your needs and meets NACHA standards and formats.
Opex Interface
RAPID™ integrates with the industry leader for mail-opening and image capture – the Opex 3690i. This single stage mail-opening and imaging hardware and software solution is the de facto standard for the highly complex remittance processing market.
