Informatix' offers a variety of end-to-end electronic imaging, archiving, and management products and services, tailored to your specific needs.

We offer state-of-the-art applications, such as:

  • COSTARS®, which provides a query based document search and retrieval interface.

  • iDocStore, which can be customized to be used for other front end scanner interfaces.

We work with you to:

  • Convert your backfile to digital images

  • Set up processes to streamline and
    automate your current electronic imaging operations

Informatix' secure, environmentally controlled computer room has a dedicated UPS (un-interruptible power supply). We automatically back up servers and
network-attached storage daily. We store backup media offsite in a secure facility until their scheduled destruction. Our imaging hub at our Sacramento Data Center is securely isolated from the Internet and corporate LAN
(local area network). Informatix images and archives many types of media, including:

We use state-of-the-art high-speed and flatbed scanners from such makers as ScanOptic, Bowë, Bell and Howell, and Fujitsu to convert a wide range of paper types, sizes, weights, and colors, from:

  • 2"x2" notes to blueprints

  • Envelopes to file folders

  • Onion-skin to card stock

  • Black and white to full color

  • Damaged and fragile paper

Photographs

Informatix provides the special handling required to produce high-quality images. We use professional flatbed scanners matched to the size and condition of the originals.
