Raul D. Ocazionez

Founder and President of Informatix

Raul obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Santander, Columbia and his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of San Francisco. He began his career in IT as a contractor for several bay area government agencies then leveraged his application development expertise, proficiency in database architecture and design, and project management expertise to form the thriving company now known as Informatix.


Michele Blanc

Chief Operating Officer

Michele has 20 years experience serving the public sector and deep expertise in project management, strategic planning, business process reengineering, and system development. Prior to Informatix, Michele provided leadership at KPMG Peat Marwick (currently BearingPoint) and VIP, Inc. She has a Master of Science degree and in-depth management experience in the IT industry.


Robin Brown

Director of Products

Robin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with substantial hands-on experience providing project management, requirements definition, system analysis, technology roll-out, data conversion, implementation, training, and customer transition services. Robin’s commitment to our customers gives her a valuable perspective in creating and deploying functional and innovative products.

Adolph D. Mazzei

General Manager

Adolph joined Informatix ten years ago and was a key driver in Informatix’ evolution from a small software development company to the IT solutions and consulting firm it is today. Prior to joining Informatix, Adolph worked at the San Francisco District Attorney's office for twenty-one years. With a Juris Doctorate and management knowledge, Adolph brings a depth of knowledge and experience to Informatix’ operations.


Ronald Zuber

Director of Finance and Administration

Ron has an extensive background in contract administration and finance. His deep experience in the IT industry combined with a financial emphasis provides Informatix with a unique combination of technological savvy and bottom line focus. Ron received both his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
