Informatix serves more than 7,000 Child Support Enforcement Professionals in California alone. As the maintenance and operations vendor for CASES Child Support Enforcement System, Informatix supports one of the largest IDMS database installations in the U.S. Our work with CASES laid the foundation for our expertise in application development and maintenance, quality assurance, network connectivity, interactive voice response (IVR), document imaging, help desk support, case management, payment processing, scheduling, and operations.

However, it doesn’t stop there; our child support customers span across more than 22 states. Informatix has numerous Child Support Enforcement (CSE) offerings including State Disbursement Units (SDU) and Financial Institution Data Matching (FIDM) services.

Building a Foundation

Today, you'll find Informatix hard at work managing child support payment processing operations in the Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, and Minnesota State Disbursement Units (SDU). Notably, Informatix has regularly won business over larger incumbent integrators because we have consistently demonstrated our ability to streamline business operations, while improving customer service, and implementing measures and technology that are economical to our clients.

But we don't rest on these laurels. To Informatix, each child support organization presents unique challenges that must be handled in a way that addresses system, business, and cultural characteristics intrinsic to that organization.

Working with the Public Sector

Informatix has made technological and project management contributions to many other state and local government agencies. You will find Informatix staff working on projects such as the Commonwealth of Kentucky Children’s Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) where we act as a Third Party Administrator to provide premium collection services for the Cabinet for Health Services, Department of Medicaid Services agency. Just recently, Informatix completed a project for the California State Controller’s office to design and implement changes to their In Home Supportive Services Payment System based on legislative mandates. Our project management services have been utilized by the California Department of Finance, CalPERS and Department of Education agencies.
