Since our beginning in 1986, Informatix has grown to a successful 200-person company that serves a growing client base located throughout the United States and now worldwide.

Growth
Informatix has grown through hard work, perseverance, and absolute commitment to our customers. The same qualities continue to support our growth and reputation as a premier technology and business solutions company today.
Informatix serves more than 7,000 Child Support Enforcement Professionals. The CASES Child Support Enforcement System processes 5 million transactions and 8,000 jobs per day throughout California. As the maintenance and operations vendor for CASES, Informatix supports one of the largest IDMS database installations in the US.
Building a Foundation
Our work with CASES laid the foundation for our expertise in application development and maintenance, quality assurance, network connectivity, interactive voice response (IVR), document imaging, help desk support, case management, payment processing, scheduling, and operations.
Working with the Public Sector
Informatix has made technological and project management contributions to many other state and local government agencies. One of these projects was to develop, implement, maintain, and operate an application known as CHIPS for the San Francisco Department of Public Health's Aids Foundation. We provided full support for CHIPS users – staffing the help desk, managing the database, and performing long-range systems and data planning.
Shortly after implementing CHIPS, Informatix, as a subcontractor, joined the TRW team to win the San Francisco contract for a new 911 Emergency Response System for the City and County. Informatix received, inventoried, configured, installed, and networked all the PCs, laptops, and peripherals in the City's police and fire stations, academies, police cruisers, fire engines, and data centers.
Giving Back
Informatix not only participates in California's vibrant business community, we also give back in community service and social programs. With our background in Human Services, we find our work a pleasant blend of business objectives and what we consider our fundamental social responsibilities.
